Cooking Instructions:

BAKE: Preheat oven to 400°F (or 375°F convection). Arrange patties in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake from frozen for 10-13 minutes, until golden in color and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

FRYER: Preheat fryer oil to 350-375°F. Fry from frozen for 2-2 1/2 minutes, until golden in color and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
